The cottage was like a Tardis and has a MASSIVE TV which me and Robert enjoyed. We were lucky with good weather and were able to do lots of walks but my favourite thing was the South Lakes Animal Park.

Really enjoyed staying in The Peat House. Beds are the most comfortable we have ever slept in away from home. Everyone enjoyed the whirlpool bath and the facilities in the house. Access to the Damson Dene Leisure facilities was fabulous!! Both our children enjoyed exploring both the local area and further afield. Would recommend Lake Windermere at sunset. Steph has been great also suggesting bird watching locations for my eldest son's hobby Thank you!!
