This lovely room has a very high ceiling with exposed oak beams in the roof and by choosing the type of lighting you can change the feel of the room - wall washers high on the walls light the ceiling and give a soft light or use the suspended spot lights to provide lighting to particular areas. The wood burning stove and quality furnishings make this a very comfortable room in which to relax. There is also a central heating radiator if the wood burning stove is not being used. The widescreen TV is complimented by High Definition TV, DVD/CD player, and a home cinema surround sound system. We provide free internet access with via the BT WiFi Broadband Home Hub - just bring your laptop or hand held device and we give you the access codes to connect by Wi-Fi or you can connect by cable.
The kitchen is very well equipped with electric fan assisted oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine with tumble dryer as well as all the cooking equipment and utensils you may need. The dining area provides comfortable seating for four and there is a highchair available on request for our younger guests.
With exposed oak beams in the ceiling this is a lovely room full of character. There is a set of pine drawers and a bedside cabinet plus a built-in wardrobe to provide storage space. The Velux in the roof is fitted with a blackout blind.
The modern en-suite bathroom has an electric shower over the bath and fully tiled walls. A Velux in the roof gives plenty of natural light and this too is fitted with a blind.
This double bedded room is a good size and is well furnished with a range of pine furniture and an iron bedstead with brass knobs.

We have a large decked area with garden table and chairs and a large parasol to provide shade. The gas barbecue takes the effort out of barbecuing and allows you to relax and just enjoy the views (we even provide the gas!). The storage room can be used to safely store any bikes or toys you bring. We have a parking space for two cars and on street parking is not a problem.
The cottage has central heating and each room has it's own thermostatically controlled radiator. The heating, electricity and a starter quantity of logs for the wood burning stove are included in the rental price. We provide duvets for the beds with high quality covers and pillows. Soft Turkish hand and bath towels are supplied for 4 people. All linen and towels are included at no extra charge.
Upon arrival you will find milk in the fridge, tea, coffee and a complimentary bottle of wine. We also provide starter quantities of dishwasher tablets, bin liners and kitchen and toilet rolls.
